FAB Industries (MGI) traces its roots back to 1980 as an established and fully Automatic Seamless Gloves knitting unit in a small town of Ankleshwar,Gujarat State. In India, the concept of work safety was very low during 1980’s and the irony is that after China, India had the highest number of workers. It was inevitable that unsafe working conditions were one of the leading causes of death, disability and workplace accidents. Even today India counts the highest number of workplace calamities.
